We had to make a trip each time to a tiny little grocery store that sold TexJoy. It was the only place where we could find this delicious mixture of spices.

Come to find out the people who make TexJoy are Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04323076493744748557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7776413991690288441.post-27531942623708739112009-09-15T03:35:28.634-06:002009-09-15T03:35:28.634-06:00Laura, What a surprise to see Tex Joy on your blog...Laura, What a surprise to see Tex Joy on your blog. It is made in Beaumont, Texas only a few miles from where I grew up and I have used it all my cooking life and my Mother used it before me. I know the family that owns the company, they have been in business since 1921 and are still in the same location they were in when I was a kid.

They made Seaport and TexJoy coffee and later Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17527160657718464681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7776413991690288441.post-22363516464534921782009-09-15T00:02:45.919-06:002009-09-15T00:02:45.919-06:00Did someone say Rib-eyes?
