Tablescape Thursday

in the yard 016

While my grandsons were playing on the patio, and I was watering the yard this morning, I found a spot of absolute inspiration for Tablescape Thursday.I looked at the following plants and saw green and white.

I immediately thought it would be the perfect place to tuck a tablescape for one- all done in green and white.

I started with a white matelasse runner , followed by a Bordallo charger.

I topped the charger with a Kinnex Lace dinner plate and a Bordallo salad plate.

     The other additions?

I used my silverplate and a light green goblet.

Where on earth do you store all your fabulous dinnerware? You have got the best collection of serving ware I have ever seen amassed by one person. I am pea green (get it?) with envy!

I love it. Inspiration from nature. Love all your pretty dishes, especially the Bordallo salad plate. The texture is fabulous.

I haven't done a tablescape in awhile and I am due. Inspiration isn't coming easy. I pulled weeds today and took a nap. Hmmm...don't see anything there.

Have a lovely rest of the week, Laura!

Gorgeous, Laura. You certainly have an eye for color and setting a lovely table. Blends so perfectly with the garden setting, too.
